Jennifer began her career with Westwood Residential in 2009 as an Assistant Property Manager, evolving into her current role as Vice President of the Northwest Division. With a portfolio that includes eight multi-family assets and two mixed use properties comprised of multi-family and commercial retail, Jennifer leads a team of one Regional Manager and over forty onsite employees. Jennifer’s years of experience managing extensive capital improvements and interior renovations, along with her focus on sound principles of financial management and operational planning, gives her the ability to reposition assets to ensure they operate at their optimum level.

Kathryn Provence
Kathryn began her career with Westwood Residential Company in 2012 and has since become a cornerstone of the team. With her years of experience and dedication, Kathryn has proven herself as a leader becoming a Vice President of the Central Division. In her current role, Kathryn supervises over 2,700 units and a team including a Regional Manager and over fifty onsite employees. Kathryn’s leadership style is marked by collaboration and empowerment, and she works closely with her teams to achieve operational excellence. One of Kathryn’s notable strengths is supervising new construction properties from predevelopment through lease stabilization.
Brittany Mitchell
Brittany began her career with Westwood Residential in 2010. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, she started working for Westwood as a Leasing Agent and has risen to the role of Vice President of the Central Division. Brittany’s current role includes overseeing 2,500 units in the DFW region, supervising new construction properties from predevelopment through lease stabilization, managing rehabs for aged properties, and orchestrating due diligence and the selling of assets. Brittany’s career with Westwood has given her extensive knowledge on how to maintain resident satisfaction while achieving optimal financial gains for each property that she manages.
Jennifer Stone
Jennifer originally began her career with Westwood Residential in 1998 and brings over 25 years of property management experience to the team. Jennifer supervises a team that includes the Training Director, Regional Trainers, and the Virtual Marketing Director, who work to ensure the success of daily operations for nearly 300 employees covering 12,000 units. Furthermore, she facilitates the initial takeover and institutes a systematic management approach, including software conversions, technological setup and policy procedure, at all properties acquired either through sale or new lease-up development.
Kay Hall
Kay started with FSC Realty in 1996 as an Asset Manager with the principal responsibilities of overseeing over 7,000 units in Arizona, California, New Mexico, Texas and Washington through multi-million dollar capital improvements. She is the point-person in preparing the physical and financial due diligence on all new acquisitions, including, but not limited to, property analysis, market analysis and lease review. Kay also acts as the coordinator between FSC Realty and its property management affiliate. During her lengthy career, she has asset managed and overseen the capital improvements for properties in excess of 12,000 units.
Prior to 1996 Kay was the Regional Director for Lexford Properties for eight years, and her direct responsibility was overseeing over 5,000 units in as many as five states. Kay was responsible for the hiring, training, and supervising of four District Managers, direct communication between the owner/client and the management company, as well as the financial analysis, reporting and due diligence of all assets.
Brad Hall
Brad began his career with Westwood Residential in 1993 and he is responsible for supervising the Human Resources Group and the Accounting Department.
Jeff Edwards
Jeff began his career with Westwood Residential in 2011, and currently oversees all aspects of Accounting, Human Resources and Risk Management. Prior to Westwood, Jeff worked as a Controller for Lincoln Property Company and Controller/VP of Accounting for Trammell Crow Residential. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry primarily in the multi-family management, construction and development fields.
Kim Nelson
Kim Nelson joined Westwood in the development group assisting with principal duties in construction, finance, equity, acquisitions, and dispositions. Prior to joining Westwood, she worked for an institutional advisor responsible for assessing risk and directing all real estate transactions from inception through due diligence to closing for all product types. Kim began her career in 1987 at Trammell Crow Company where she was involved in the analysis, negotiation and closing of major loan restructurings.
Jeff Lindsey
Jeff began his career in banking in 1983 and his experience has grown to include commercial real estate lending, institutional equity placement and real estate development. Since joining Westwood in May, 2005, his responsibilities have expanded to include oversight of development, financing and equity relationships for all multifamily activities. To date, in excess of 1.3 billion dollars worth of new developments have been completed, or are in process. Jeff is also responsible for all acquisition and disposition activities.
Kris Hansen
Kris began his property management career in 1982 with Trammel Crow Residential and has been associated with the multi-family real estate industry for the past 33 years. Over the course of his career Kris has managed in excess of 42,000 units in 16 states for private equity firms, institutional owners, pension fund and individual owners as a Regional Manager, Regional Vice President and Vice President of Operations. He has experience with new development lease-up properties, mid-rise and high rise assets, affordable housing and distressed assets that require intense capital rehabilitation for market re-positioning.
Sabryna Clewett
Sabryna began her career with Westwood Residential and Taylor Land Two in 2000. Currently based in Houston, Texas, Sabryna oversees property management for South Texas and Arizona, including properties in Houston, Austin, San Antonio and Phoenix. She has four Regional Managers in her portfolio to ensure the client’s occupancy and operational initiatives are met, as well as the revenue management and overall performance of the asset. Sabryna’s expertise includes supervising new lease-up properties from the commencement of development through stabilization and overseeing multi-million dollar renovations on distressed and maturing assets. Moreover, she is involved with both acquisitions and dispositions and has facilitated more than fifteen property sales in the last five years.
Ruth Teague
Ruth joined Westwood in 1993 as a Property Manager and through the years grew into an even larger leadership role as the President of the Central Division. Ruth’s multi-family tenure includes working cohesively with construction; from initial design and development through lease stabilization as well as re-positioning properties through extensive rehabilitation in order to achieve the highest revenue possible. Additionally, Ruth oversees the due diligence, acquisition and transition, and sale of the asset. Furthermore, she works directly with three Regional Managers to yield the highest financial return by achieving the operational and occupancy goals set for the property, while performing at the lowest expense possible.
Albert Baril
Albert is actively involved in all phases of the business of FSC Realty. In particular, he has been in charge of the renovation and repositioning of properties, the development of new apartment properties and in arranging of financing for new acquisitions and the refinancing of existing properties. Prior to joining FSC Realty in 1996, Mr. Baril was director of the Los Angeles office of Belgravia Capital Corporation, a national mortgage banking operation. He was involved in the solicitation and placement of all types of commercial loans through Belgravia’s direct lending programs. Before that, Mr. Baril was responsible for the corporate operations, direct lending programs and management of mortgage portfolio of WestReal Advisors, Inc., Santa Monica, where he was instrumental in the formation of a Wall Street conduit lending program. After graduating from the University of Southern California in 1990 with a B.S. Degree in Business Administration, Mr. Baril joined the Richland Group, where he negotiated and structured joint venture equity participating mortgages with capital raised from private investors.
John Carmichael
Founding partner of Westwood Residential. After a successful career with Trammel Crow Residential throughout the western United States, John returned to Texas and co-founded Westwood, in 1992. During his forty years of development experience, John completed over 200 apartment communities, including traditional garden style and high density developments. The development platform that John established at Westwood positioned the company to move forward and carry out his vision of high quality developments.
Tom Teague
Tom started his development career at Trammell Crow Residential in 1973. Until, 1986, Tom focused on apartment development and management, rising to Managing Partner of Crow-Teague Companies. In 1986, Tom became a National Partner at Trammell Crow Company, where he managed the financial restructuring of assets in the Trammell Crow Commercial Company, which involved over $10 billion in loans. In 1992, Tom co-founded Westwood Residential. Tom has a B.S. from Abilene Christian University and a M.B.A. from Texas A&M University.
Stanley Fimberg
Stanley Fimberg has been involved in negotiating the acquisition, management, financing and disposition of real estate properties. Through the private businesses he has headed since 1970–Capital Asset Management, Ltd., Stanley R. Fimberg, Ltd. Fimberg & Williams, and FSC Realty–Mr. Fimberg has specialized in multi-residence investments but has also owned shopping centers, industrial properties, and office buildings in over 38 states. Mr. Fimberg graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles in 1955 with a B.A. in Political Science. From 1955 to 1957 he served in the United States Army, and then attended UCLA Law School, graduating first in his class in 1960 with a Bachelor of Law Degree. He was editor-in-chief for the UCLA Law Review. Mr. Fimberg began his law career at O’Melveny & Meyers in Los Angeles. He then wrote international tax law with the United States Treasury Department in Washington, D.C. Returning to Los Angeles in 1965, he became a partner in a highly successful entertainment law firm and since 1970 has devoted his energies solely to real estate investments.
